What ServPad Does Not Do

No selling or sharing of user or customer data

No advertising or third-party marketing use of data

No unauthorized access to user accounts

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, not in normal operation. ServPad staff do not view user data unless:
    ● You explicitly request support that requires it, or● There is a technical or security issue that requires investigation
    Even then, access is limited and controlled. Your information is stored as "read-only" and we aren't modifying that data.

  • We take protecting customer data seriously and apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption, access controls, and secure hosting.

    No system can guarantee absolute immunity from threats, but protecting your data is a core priority.

  • Your data remains accessible during your account lifecycle and can be exported. You are not locked in.

    If your account is closed, data is handled according to our retention and deletion policies.

  • If that were to occur:
    ● Users would be notified● Data would remain accessible for a reasonable transition period● Export tools would remain available
    We believe users should never be surprised or stranded.

  • ServPad is designed for general small business use and follows standard security best practices.
    We do not currently claim formal enterprise certifications, and we are transparent about that.

  • Absolutely NOT. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the ServPad service for you, our customer.
