Can ServPad employees see my data?
No, not in normal operation. ServPad staff do not view user data unless:
● You explicitly request support that requires it, or● There is a technical or security issue that requires investigation
Even then, access is limited and controlled. Your information is stored as "read-only" and we aren't modifying that data.Is my customers’ personal information safe?
We take protecting customer data seriously and apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption, access controls, and secure hosting.
No system can guarantee absolute immunity from threats, but protecting your data is a core priority.What happens to my data if I stop using ServPad?
Your data remains accessible during your account lifecycle and can be exported. You are not locked in.
If your account is closed, data is handled according to our retention and deletion policies.What if ServPad shuts down in the future?
If that were to occur:
● Users would be notified● Data would remain accessible for a reasonable transition period● Export tools would remain available
